RECENT WORK IN ELDRIDGE
This raised-ranch home in Eldridge got a full exterior update from our Iowa team. We tore off the old roof and installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Castle Gray over new synthetic underlayment, with ridge venting across the top. Then we re-sided the home in Royal Estate vinyl siding in Walnut, including the gables and the chimney chase.
Doing the roof and siding together means one plan, one crew and one point of contact, and the trim, flashing and siding edges are detailed to work with each other.
